Am upto nothing at all!!

Nothingness is an asset …!!! Disagree?? Well let me tell you how I Agree……

In this era when we keep running behind something or the other all the time, hardly do we get time to think for and about ourselves. In rare situations even if we get some time for ourselves, we have trained the mind in such a manner that we do not have the control to stay without doing anything. The reason we attribute to such an upbringing is, "It is a fast paced world and we've got to run ahead of the competition to excel. If not excel at least survive..!" So we refuse to stay idle.

But, what you and I have to understand is that we being born as human beings, running all the while for survival is just one part of the entire process of living and not the end in itself.

We are gifted with a wealth called “The Soul”, which is the one thing that differentiates you and me from the other living things. So, isn't it part of our purpose of living to understand and explore the soul and look at the being from a different perspective altogether?

How and when do we do it?

Simple... At the time we have nothing else to do... not only because we do not have anything else to do, but because this the perfect setting to do... and this is precisely the time the mind gets to interact with the higher being i.e. your inner self.. Your true self... Well sounds interesting right? But how does it happen?

Try looking at your mind as a third person carefully observing what all it thinks and where all it goes. Act with a sense of detachment from your mind and try to understand you are not the one who thinks, but it is the mind. What we have to look realize here is that the mind is a different being from what we are... of course it is from within us by not us in totality..

THIS is the realization which stands to deliver greatest possible benefits to self.

THIS is the realization which results to into a glorious state of living

THIS is the realization which will act as the pain reliever for all the pains you might have!
